Deep Time Memory

The ability to remember past-iteration events even if they no longer happened, such as pre-timeline splits/pre-crisis events. Sakura April and Chateaux (via her time proof logs) possess perfect Deep-Time recall, and most of the Time Lords do to a greater or lesser extent. Trained operatives like The Intern, The Fist, Dead-Eyes and Nizhaladax will have greater recall than, say, Thrash or The Doctor. rei.bot also possesses strong Deep Time recall. The Magistra has an uncanny level of skill in remembering such events despite undergoing zero training AND being half human, the reasons are currently unknown.

Humans who travel with Time Lords and are thus given slight immunity to time shifts often experience Deep Time memory as having two (or more) sets of memories concerning altered events, and sorting out the conflict can be difficult or disconcerting for them.
