Abe Hisoka came to The Hotel knowing far too much about those around her and where she was. Few know her true nature or her reasons for visiting, but she seems to prefer keeping her identity an overall secret.

Story

Abe Hisoka first appeared in The Hotel one night with knowledge of Mike and the situation surrounding him. She was then believed to be the future child of him and Natsuki Kuga, playing it up and using it as cover for quite some time as she recharged between Runs. While casual conversation revealed she knew of various names and events surrounding the location, few know how she came upon this knowledge.

While she reluctantly agrees to assist those in The Hotel as they need and has shown to be incredibly intelligent and quick-minded, Abe Hisoka has displayed no magical or supernatural abilities outside of a skillset she calls "Mist Running", allowing her to travel between universes with no outside aid.

Hisoka has been seen to have a talent with music and cooking, often singing or humming (and at times, dancing) while she creates dishes to curb her constant appetite.

Reluctant Hero

Abe Hisoka had a hand in stopping The Corruptor in Spring of 2014. While talking, she promised Yaijinden that she would assist in saving Celeste, and took it upon herself to travel with the patrons of The Hotel to save those who were kidnapped. She assisted in finding the group and defeating one of the duplicates created by The Corruptor, as well as assisting in getting them to safety. She still insists it was no big deal.

The Night Fall

As of May 2014, Abe Hisoka has been tied deeply into the Night Fall Incident. The first to show visible corruption in the form of mad giggles and whorish behaviour (excessive to her usual), her main actions consist of dragging others away to Nightfall's realm. Upon being captured it was revealed that Hisoka herself has no knowledge of her actions under the control of the corruption.

After being captured by Nightfall for approximately six months and held in her realm, Hisoka's ability to cleanse corruption naturally took effect, wiping the curse from her body. She has since steered clear of the situation besides offering information.

Appearance

The most defining feature of Hisoka tends to be her hoodie, always pulled up to slightly conceal her features to the crowd. While most often seen as someone one would recognize from the corner of their eye, the collection of worn clothing she wears gives her the perfect resemblance of a common street punk or rocker. Chains and bracelets allow a bit of a difference to the outfits, and have been proven to be a tact she uses in combat, wrapping the chains about her fists.

Physically she appears to be an asian-american girl in her early twenties, sporting a slight tan and an athletic, though curvy, build. Her hair runs down to her waist, and is tightly braided, so in truth is much longer than that. Her second most defining feature is her impressive breast size, which by her clothing choices she is incredibly proud of. Currently she also seems to have a permanent faint smell of pineapple about her.

She is always seen with a backpack, slung over her shoulder, likely carrying the few belongings she has.

No scars or defining markings have been seen on her body at this point. It has been seen she requires glasses for reading.

Personality

To some, Abe Hisoka can be seen as a "free spirit", doing and saying as she pleases around most regardless of their reactions. She is caring, often stopping to help others or giving advice, but not to an extent that she puts herself out. Having little interaction with people she ever knows, Hisoka has taken to being blunt about how she feels, and does not tend to secretly give signs when she wants something done.

In most cases she's happy and outgoing, but certain things tend to make her serious or even horribly depressed quickly. Often she steers conversations away from herself, though she is more than happy to tell stories about people she has met and places she has been, earning her the title of "Bard" amongst many who have the chance to know her. Her language tends to be foul, laced with cursing.

Hisoka is also fluent in 46 separate languages, most of which are spanned through different universes.

Skills

While Abe Hisoka is not magical in the common sense (as per levels in the HOTEL), her skills carry heavy practical value.

Physical Skills

Abe Hisoka has demonstrated various combat skills, including mixed martial arts, capoeira, judo, and ninjutsu, as well as proficiency with small blades. Her endurance is highly trained, allowing her to run long distances and fight without a seen point of exhaustion. While she has no personal weapons, it is likely she can adapt to what is at hand.

Time as a universal nomad pushed multiple survival skills on Hisoka, including hunting, fishing, gathering, and survival in various extreme climates. While her ability to travel universes is powerful it is also mostly randomized, and often Hisoka finds herself in the worst conditions for surviving and recharging before she can leave.

Experience from being in various forms of jail at least a dozen times has given Hisoka a less impressive skillset of thievery, lockpicking, and hijacking cars. Not to say she isn't skilled in the abilities, but it is not something she would advertise.

None of these skills seem to be anywhere beyond human skill or have any magical strengths to them.

Hisoka has a heavy musical streak, and is skilled in singing, guitar, piano, drums, and violin. She has most recently begun learning to play the flute.

While she may not see this as a personal skill, Hisoka has the ability to swallow incredibly dangerous items and survive with only major hangovers.

Mist Running

While no official records for this phenomenon are recorded, visual sightings describe Mist Running as a single being completely vanishing in "smoke and mirrors" at a run. The user gains forward momentum to claw at the world and opens a temporary, stable rift to the Mists (also known as the Void, Riftspace, Hammerspace, etc) and pass through it. No known information is found on the feel or physical reaction to the event, though Hisoka states it is not something non-Runners can survive. Whether she means mentally or physically is unknown.

Mist Running is a purely movement skill. It in itself has no combat usage. Hisoka has been seen to use it as a way to shatter her form and remove foreign objects from people, or to gain momentum for strikes.

Each Mist Rift opened by the Runner leads to a new dimensional plane of existence. The Mist Runner has little to no control over which world they next access, though it seems to be on a system of need for aid, and the Runner may enter a more damaged world more frequently than a healed world to do their job.

The job of a Mist Runner is to repair cracks and fight creatures that escape from the void. The most notable seems to be HorrorTerrors. Whether they do this job is purely up to the Runner, as they do not appear to have someone to report to or a central bureaucracy.

Mist Runners can experience a form of fragmentation, often termed as "Shattering", commonly seen as glass-like cracking over parts of the body, that hinders their ability to travel. The reasoning is currently unknown, but has shown to force the Runner into a semi-mindless berserker state until it is healed or food is readily available. Since Runners metabolize food at a miraculous speed, they always seem to appear hungry and can commonly be found around sources of free-- or easily accessible, food.

Dis the Nameless

Through a series of unexpected events, Hisoka came to possess Nameless, the weapon of Jedda Rain. Taking the form of Hisoka's hooded jacket, Dis at command can take form of whatever Hisoka wishes. While her use of it stays limited, Dis functions as a piece of defensive equipment, guarding her from surprise strikes and shifting to allow her new forms of travel, such as wings.

Hisoka has since been seen talking to Dis, claiming it whispers in her ear through the hood.

Cleansing Corruption

Since the Nightfall Incident, Hisoka has revealed her capability to naturally rid herself of corruption. She has explained to Paisley Pythia Peinforte that it is due to her history as a priestess prior to becoming a Mist Runner. Whether that is to be believed is unknown.

Trivia

• Hisoka has freely admitted to using Gigai, though it is unknown whether it is due to her being truly dead or a side-effect of Mist Running.

• She tends to lose composure around Idols, most commonly Allison Blitz.

• Hisoka currently has three people she will willingly go into danger for: Furu, Komadori, and Amaya Ikari.

• To many, Hisoka is seen as a sexual deviant. She's likely done worse than whatever they've seen.
