Mist Runner

Mist Running (Also termed as "Running", "Void Travel", "Mist Hopping") is the act of travelling the void without use of outside forces such as ships or a TARDIS. The skill itself is not easily acquired, and currently only Abe Hisoka shows natural talents in the act.
