The Stabateur is the code name for an incredibly suspicious looking, spikey haired man who always carries a stiletto. He is of average height, and wears a beret and trench coat that is pulled closed over a sweatshirt with a large red "R" on it.
He is, of course, an underboss in Team Rocket, and a competent infiltrator and fighter. He also dabbles in electronics and technology, which aid him in his role. He seems to be an excellent bartender, and is also phenomenally skilled with a blade. If he has a weakness, it is likely his tendency to make horrible first impressions. Some of his early actions include stabbing Rose and trying to capture several of the Lupa characters, believing them to be psychic-type Pokemon. Consequently, TheHunterKiller greatly enjoyed teaching him the error of his ways in a horribly traumatic and terrifying experience that he has refused to talk about. His name is yet unknown, but none seem to persistently ask him about it. Rose calls him "Stabby Jenkins."
The Stabateur is very loyal to the Team Rocket grunts, and believes in leading by example. His constant companion is a Pokemon named "Diva," a Jigglypuff that is very loyal to him, and whom he seems to care for deeply. He tries his best to glamorize and improve Team Rocket's public image as both combatants and human beings. On the rare occasions he gets drunk, it is clear that he is deeply ashamed of Team Rocket's reputation as losers and painfully depressed at its much-declined state.
Due to his obvious out-ranking of the numerous Rocket-Dan bravos he's been seen commanding, many in the House believed him to be the leader of the now heavily-fragmented organization. His appearance also created some stir among the devotees of Pokemon in the box. This may be partly because of his tendency to think that anything with fur is really a Pokemon.
