Brief Biography
A Minion of Hazel Ninegate created from April Sunrise through the use of Nedean DNA-Altering Symbolological Magic, via an arcane ceremony utilizing the Seven Swords of legend, plus Red Sun and Invictus.
As Hazel Ninegate used a hypnotized Ema Skye to gather what scant information there was from The Library in order to determine how to create this minion, it is likely the creation was imperfect.
After Franziska von Karma revealed (thanks to the work of Jack Dinsdale and Raihosha that Yang was still alive, Livra began questioning her mistress, who in a fit of rage dismissed Livra from her service, thus freeing her... or so she thought.
Her programming activated again, causing her to grievously wound Paisley Pythia Peinforte, and in order to stop herself from killing the girl, turned her blades on herself and committed suicide.
In 2014, sensing he needed a totally loyal ally, The Corruptor retrieved some of her ashes and revived her via unknown means.
Personality
She was utterly loyal to her Mistress Hazel, and had but one personal goal beyond that-- vengeance on Gemini Sunrise for the sins of Gemini's father, Yang. After her resurrection by The Corruptor, she has put aside such things.
Abilities
Livra has the ability to convert her physical form to superheated ash particles which she can manipulate at will; she is still demonstrating new abilities in this regard as she comes under increasing attack. She can also convert anything she touches into ash for purposes of transportation; but she cannot use this skill to harm or kill another being.
Misc. Data
The Corruptor has adjusted her so she is utterly incapable of feeling or generating emotion, something he called a "design flaw" that caused her to end her life the last time. He has also removed her conscience and instilled a deep genetic loyalty to him that cannot be broken.
