Dejima-3

A transcendentally dimensional refugee shelter erected on February 21st, 2014 under the orders of The Intern in order to assist the victims of Typhoon Haiyan as requested by Filibert Wright, the ambassador from Simon Kerrick's personal world of Enclave.

It is located on Pandorica Isle, about 2 miles east of the capitol city Dongring. Superficially resembling a large warehouse, it is actually capable of housing and feeding over 50,000 individuals with spartan sleeping, sanitary, medical and culinary facilities. The entrances and exits are dimensionally linked to another, outwardly identical warehouse on the Japanese island of Yonaguni]. Any attempt to enter or exit the facility leads one to Yonaguni-- no one there can actually enter Pandorica Isle proper.

Due to security concerns about the true motives of Enclave, the facility has obvious and visible 24/7 surveillance systems linked back to The Hotel and The Shadow Proclamation, as well as built in lockdown and rapid evacuation systemsm including a classified security system known as "Contingency T" which is known only to John Constantine and The Intern.
