Born of the 400 baby project of Mango-chan, Victoria is genetically the daughter of Joanna Smithson and Wolfwood. Due to her rocket capsule malifuncioning (though Jo likes to think the baby girl just didn't want to leave), Vicki was dropped off instead at Joanna's front step. While bewildered at first, Jo quickly warmed up to the child and now intends to raise the girl as her daughter.
During the summer of 2016, Victoria's natural ki powers grew to such an extent, that she started to fly under her own power. Not one to deny her child the joy of the experience, Jo has been carefully training her in improving these skills.
Powers
Victoria as the daughter of Joanna Smithson has a natural affinity for high spirit power and ki manipulation. Her strength is far above that of a normal adult human, basically being superhuman. As well, she was somewhat trained by her mother in martial arts.
Sailor V II
As Sailor V II, she has access to various technologies and techniques that are separate from her usual abilities. For some strange reason, her ki turns gold when wearing this costume rather then it's usual blue. While she still uses several of the same physical techquines as the original Sailor V, such as kicks and punches, there are a few differences.
- Compared to Minako's high V kick, Victoria's is more a flying kick
- Victoria tends to favorite straight punches in the manner of a boxer
- Victoria has incorporated brutal lock holds and throws
- While she has does flips before, Victoria leans more on overpowering an enemy rather then aglitiy and dodges

- Victoria's favorite toy is a stuffed Paddington Bear given to her by Paisley.
