History

Matt was an Ultra from the Planet Pi-99 from the Nebula M99. While many of the Ultras of this world were content in observing and cataloguing the life forms of the universe, Matt had a rebellious streak, as well as a curious nature. While the ruling council disapproved of many of his view points, they none the less did little to stop him, allowing him to continue on his observations, as long as he did not directly interact with the natives of the worlds he visited.
