Castillo Dub
After the English dub was aired. It started to get distributed across North America and the UK, It was eventually brought to France where a few more changes were done to it. It was then spread across Europe while it ws still airing, most countries opted to also license Episodes 14-23 to make the series complete in their territory, with Spain being one of them.
Sailor Moon: Tokyoma Gaiden, A.K.A. Sailor Moon: Tokyo Side Stories, was renamed in Spain to "Sailor Moon: Las aventuras de Serena" to reflect the name of one of the series' major protagonists. The dub was instructed, in no uncertain terms, to base its dub off of its' dub of Sailor Moon. This meant that any character that was originally from Sailor Moon got to keep their original dub name, This caused quite a stir with Daniel Kano, who had to be renamed in order for the dub to remain consistent after Episode 4.
Names
As with the original Sailor Moon anime, Even though the show was still called "Sailor Moon" in the Spanish dub, the Original Senshi were called "Guerreros" (male warriors), though they were still referred to in feminine form. This is grammatically incorrect in Spanish, but no official explanation for this was given, even for Las aventuras de Serena. The producers of the dub decided to instead import the English dub terminology when it somes to the Gaidenettes, with other changes, with "Sailor Pinako" being changed to "Serena, Devilster Exploradora" (Translation: Serena, Youma Scout), this change in terminology did not last long and the Gaidenettes were soon officially named as such.
Like many of the foreign-language adaptations, Pinako's name was "Serena," and some released merchandise called her "Serena Aino." The Gaidenette Senshi's civilian names were also used for their Senshi forms. Daniel was renamed to "Jadeite" after Episode 5 due to the original Sailor Moon dub havign renamed Jadeite to "Daniel", According to the dub's production staff, the former was considered payback for the latter. "Katrina Suinoh" was altered to make it sound correct in Spanish.

Censorship and Changes
Any and all censorship that was in the English Dub that got carried over to the French Dub was kept, as well as all changes that were made in the French Dub itself (with the exceptions of Episodes 14-23, in which case it was almost uncensored). Serena's relationship with Carola was taken literally (which meant retroactively, Guerrero Venus was a Devilster in the Spanish version), this was even taken to eleven with Jilluna being named "Alicia Aino", presenting her as Carola's mother.
Any Youma that was not allied with the Dark Agency (and had not been seen in the original Sailor Moon) were called Angelsters, and claimed to answer to a higher calling.
Catalan Dub
The Catalan dub of Tokyoma Gaiden was similarly translated from the French dub, with all changes from it kept as well. Most of the English Dub terminology was brought over from the French dub and, in some cases, even reverted back to their English dub counterparts. Unlike most subs, there was no attempt to connect Tokyoma Gaiden to its parent series with the exception of the revelation that Pinako was the reincarnation of Queen Serenity.
Show Title: Tokyoma Gaiden: Les aventures de la Serena
Most names remained unchanged in the Catalan dub. The two exceptions were Pinako, who became Serena, likewise most European dubs, and Ashura, who became El Rei Berill. Family names were untouched.
Amusingly, This caused the Catalan dub to be called "Europe's very own DiC Dub" in fan circles, due to Pinako's name being changed to Serena, and Queen Serenity having been changed to Queen Serena in the original Catalan dub of Sailor Moon, comparisons to Usagi and Princess Serenity's name changes in the aforementioned DiC dub and the spoilerish nature of the opening scenes of said dub. Ashura essentially being changed to "King Beryl" presumably didn't help matters.

Galician Dub
Unlike the two other dubs listed here, the Galician dub takes its cues from the Japanese version, Most names remained unchanged, although Pinako was still renamed to "Serena", Similar to most European dubs.
The Galician dub was the most faithful dub in the country, and even kept its consistency to the Original Sailor Moon anime in its dub of Tokyoma Gaiden. The Gaidenette Senshi were called "Warriors", again to stay consistent, in Pinako's and Katrina's case, it continued to use female terms whiel for Daniel, male terms were used.

Censorship and Changes
As with its Sailor Moon dub, the Galician dub almost had no censorship, but it did see a few changes, based on misinterpretations mainly.
Daniel Kano was renamed to Daniel Hino based on a misreading of his name in Kanji, funnily enough, this isn't a reference to the running gag of his name being missaid in the Japanese version, the producers actually did just misinterpret the name based on the source material.
Malachite's origins were also changed, instead of being a close of Zoicite and Kunzite, he was orphaned at a very young age and was unable to remember his parents. No character was ever selected to be a stand-in for his parents in this dub.
Phrases
In the original, Daniel often spoke phrases that come exclusive from the DiC English Dub, In the Spanish dub, Daniel references trends of the time (ala Dragon Ball Z).
When a Monster of the Day was vanquished, the same term was used in the Spanish dub, "¡Desaparezco!", which can be translated as "I'm disappearing!"
In the Catalan dub, since the dialogue was translated from the French version, Pinako's speech was almost different in every episode. When Moon Twilight Flash was used, Pinako would use a different phrase every time.
Transformations and Attacks

The Gaidenette's Attacks in the Spanish dub remained the same, albeit translated from the French dub.
