The Six Who Came First is the collective names of deities (it's complicated) who are worshipped by the inhabitants of the planet Quinox.

The Six

The Mother Queen

The eldest and first of The Six and the leader of the group. She is known as the "Speaker for The One," "The First Blessed," and "Lady of the Never Ending Light." She is most often depicted, when she is depicted in art, as a tall blue skinned woman with no facial features other then eyes, long blue hair, and wearing what appears to be a crown of stars--a metaphorical depiction of her ties with light. She tends to be most associated with stars, the heavens, and light in general, though unlike the others, she attached to no specific gifts, but rather seen as someone who gave "all talents to the world." The royal family and specifically the rulers of Quinox are direct descendants of this figure and are said to inherit her "light." While she is worshipped by all Quinoxians in some manner or the other, most of her honors are given by the royal family.

Also Known as: Theia (Saturnian name)

Sela'nos

The consort and bringer of greatness. Most of what is known about him is based on his relationship with the Mother Queen. He is the "father" of the royal line of Quinox, his daughter Ilmater being the first Queen of Quinox. In more mocking literature, it is made clear that he is merely seen as being in the shadow of his much more powerful wife. Like her, he gave no real gifts to the people of Quinox, other then Ilmater and out of all the Six, he is the least mentioned in texts and the least sought out for guidance.

Also known as: Hes'ra, Doum, Selu'noz, Url

Fas'lana

The guardian of nature and protector of the wilderness, Fas'lana is fairly popular with those who live in the more underdeveloped parts of the Quinox landscapes. She is most often depicted as a blue skinned figure draped in leaves and various vegetation, and sometimes depicted with animals at her feet. To Quinox, she gave the gift of animals and plants, and according to legend taught the Quinoxians the names of each. Daini Felinus has encountered this figure in her dreams, and has been placed under her protection.

Also known as: Suli'na, Vess, Cori'na, Lo

Omn'Lu

The Lord of Dreams and Visions. It is said that Omn'Lu acts as the messenger for the rest of The Six and was instrumental in creating the Dreams from which all life on the planet was shaped. He is very often depicted as a blue skinned figure, wrapped in strange flowing cloth, holding a single star in his left hand. He is the consort to Fas'lana and compared to her, is said to be far more distant from the Quinoxians.

Also known as: Yos'ra, Dre'mu, Tor, Hasu'la, Si

Nes'ra

The Lady of Wisdom, Nes'ra is said to have brought knowledge forth to the Quinoxians, granting them the names and secrets of the world as well as the universe. It is said that out of all the Six, she has many names, each of which is attributed to a different art that she guards. She is usually depicted when done so in art as being a blue skinned woman with tied back hair dress in a long skirt and holding an orb in her hand, which represents the secrets that she shares with others.

Also known as: Tas'uu, Duru'sal, Zii, Masi'su, Mo

Ta'ruu

The lord of craft. Ta'ruu is the consort of Nes'ra and is the bringer of craft and strength, having taught the Quinoxians apparently how to make tools and weapons, as well as the creation of the arts, making him a paradoxical figure in many ways. It is also from him that the arts of war are born, as it was said that he gave the first Knight of Quinox the fighting skills of Mysn-Ku. When depicted in art, Ta'ruu is shown holding various strange tools, suggesting (but not specifiying) the arts that he bestows upon others.

Encounters in Sub Sen and The Truth?

The Six have made their presence known several times through out the history of Suburban Senshi, helping to train Paisley in certain psychic arts as well as making contact with certain individuals such as Daini Felinus and Matsuo Shin. While Freya and Matsuo see this group as deities, others within The Hotel have speculated that they are anything from highly advanced aliens to extra-dimensional beings from a universe outside our own. The truth is unclear, and for the most part not important. As of late, though, The Six have made fewer and fewer appearances, suggesting they no longer find the need to guide those in the Hotel any further, perhaps seeing them having finally reached a level of power which needs no assistance.
