The Apollo Retrocausal Chronotic Realignment

(AKA ARC-R) A massive space-time event that occurred sometime between July 13-15, 2019 due to Matsumi Kaze obtaining the power of Sailor Cosmos that was so devastating to the multiverse that even after the ascension it resulted in two whole days of time being shorn out of reality in a Time Spur, as well as a Class I Continuum realignment akin to the Infinite Crisis of Suburban Senshi.

As a result of this event, many impossible/improbable things happened, including but not limited to:

• Exeter L. Wakefield's personal timeline scrambling, resulting a new appearance much closer to his "older" one

• Noriko Marianna Xadium being able to breach the realm of The Establishment to finally answer a question that had haunted her family for a decade
