A manifstation of Haruka's "inner child", this Haruka first appeared after briefly encountering the kiddo version of Matsumi, causing her own Kiddo version to appear from her. Appearing in Ginsen City, she went on a quick mischivious rampage until she was picked up by the police. Her parents alerted to this fact, she was formally brought back to The Royale where she now lives.

Personality
Haruka is the quintessential tom boy. Rowdy, out spoken, always up for excitement, Haruka tends to be the sort to drag others into some kind of adventure. She often acts like "one of the boys" and shuns almost anything too "girly". She's the sort of kid who paints racing stripes on their bike because they think it will make them go faster. She's also a bit of a trickster, often trying to wheedle money out of gullible adults (though she's usually caught in the act).
