Sailor Soldier or Sailor Guardian?

In at least Earth 1337, 1337-A, and 1337-B The term "Sailor Senshi" translates to "Sailor Soldier" when referring to the Senshi of the Silver Millennium, the Royal/Imperial Navy of the 31st century or the Sailor Corps, where organized Navies exist and the Senshi are acting as part of them.

Post Silver-Millennium fall, since the military structure collapsed, the term translates to "Sailor Guardians," reflecting their roles of guarding the Princess and guarding against evil outside of a formal military structure.
