Unlike the other planetary satellite senshi systems, Neptune's satellite senshi aren't split up into separate groups. They all make up one bad-ass team. Each senshi has a specific role in the group and so the group is able to function as 13-woman unstoppable military force.
The Neptune Satellite Senshi were the strongest defense force against Outside Forces that the Solar System had during the Silver Millennium. However, they were only given that role for about three years, since the primary defense force of the Quinoxian homeworld was destroyed, and the lasted until the fall of the Silver Millennium and the destruction of the Solar System. Before that, they managed the Neptunian population, both on Neptune and their specific moons.
