Chibiusa, alias sugabb_2999, and one of the first of the non-originals to join the Suburban Senshi, is the first daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion and next in line for the throne of the Serenity dynasty.
Unfortunately, Chibiusa is near intelligible to read. Because her spelling was so bad, it seems that the way things were spelled in the future were modified so that she never had to learn to spell correctly. Needless to say, she is a spoiled little brat, and used the power of the ginzuishou for purely selfish purposes.
Chibiusa's interests are sex, exploiting people through sex, and trying not to be hurt by any of the many perils that seem to be hunting her for whatever reason. This latter interest has only become much more difficult in recent memory, as rei-bot has destroyed Chibiusa's iteration of the ginzuishou, and thus the foundation of her supernatural power.
While the poor girl is running around looking for a suit of powered armor, she also oversees a kogal service--putting her several years of experience to practical money-making use.
In the latest developments, Chibiusa is pregnant with Helios' child. Who knows what it will be??
