Biography
First Incarnation
Born as a member of House Nightrize, one of the oldest families on Gallifrey, Hollichemizanthasom was raised during the turbulent days of the Time War. Seeing so many family members not only killed by the Daleks but also sacrificed during the resulting purges by Rassilon caused the young girl to develop slight emotional issues, though not to the point of damaging her sanity. Even at an early age, she showed a remarkable intelligence, able to grasp concepts which were normally beyond childeren of her age. As such, she was quickly fast tracked to the Cerulean Academy, rapidly becoming one of their best students and graduating with high marks with a focus in dimensional engineering and theory. The Time War still fresh in her mind, Holli turned down several opportunities in favor of joining the Celestial Intervention Agency, becoming one of their youngest applicants in the process. She soon befriended three other members of the CIA: Nizhaladax, Xarctrixmenalazixaganonerat and Neminixsonara, meeting the latter through The Actuary. This group would come to be known informally as the CIA's Elite 4 due to their combined talents. Continuing her work in dimensional engineering and showing an aptitude in removing obstacles which would otherwise hinder operations, she soon took on the title "The Scalpel". Due to this, she was soon rewarded with access to some of the best research facilities, while her collegue Nemi was sent to the repair bays (mainly due to being seen as a useless hick). She would continue to work within the agency through incidents such as the Norom Rebellion as well as the Dronid Affair, in which she helped in shutting down the rogue world's time bubble around Gallifrey. She has currently been assigned to assist King Obsidian in stopping an AU version of the Black Moon Clan from disrupting reality.

Personality
Due to incidents in her childhood, Holli has certain emotional problems which she still struggles with. While sweet and kind for the most part, especially around those she consider friends, she has a tendency at times to swing to a cold, oppressive personality. At the same time however, she is, unlike other Time Lords who suffer from similar afflictions, completely sane and able to think clearly when it comes to her work. She is somewhat pragamtic, able to understand when it is nessicarly to work with unsavory types, though not to the extent some of her colleagues would go. Another facet of her bipolar personality also means that she is not easily intimidated by others, being able to focus on her work for the most part without breaking under pressure.
Upon her regeneration into her second incarnation, Holli has become a bit more high strung and fussy. She is also much more open with her friendliness with her old academy mates.
Trivia
- Was juniors in her unit with Intern. However, she has not been promoted unlike her colleague, an event which she does not seem to mind.
- Has a hatred of Cardinal Norom due to his part in the purges which took the lives of many of her family members.
- Travels mostly using a specially prepared Time Ring, though she does own a Type-88 TARDIS
- Owns a Gallifryian cat named Wes
- Is somewhat of an infamous "neat freak." She always insists on absolutely clean, well kept facilities.
