An aged-down duplicate of Kaelyn Peinforte who is living her own youth, she has managed to use Karnian Elixir to regenerate herself into a perfect copy of Uzumaki Himawari, even down to the Byakugan (and due to her origins, possibly more...) She is extremely cute, intelligent, and headstrong. She is approximately 16 years old as of 2024.
Fascinated by the concept of Ninja, she is actively trying to walk in the footsteps of the girl she based her appearance on, much to the consternation of everyone.

Personality
Livia is somewhat boisterous and hyperactive, mainly when she's determined in achieving a goal, and extremely observant and empathetic. Since her regeneration, she has also developed a temper which is slow-burning but explosive when it boils over.
Biology
She is biologically half Time Lord, with two hearts and has a supercharged healing factor due to the ridiculous amount of chakra her body possesses.
Skills
She has already mastered armament haki and seems to have an innate grasp of ki and chakra control, and can almost perform a weak Rasengan. She can move quickly, but still has a long way to go to catch up to the speed and flexibility of her idol, Vermellia X. Rosso.
Trivia
- Her middle name comes from Jedda Rain, whom her mother respected greatly.
- She looks younger than she is, and dresses in very baggy clothing that further promotes a youthful look.
- She loves Jelly doughnuts
- Even though she's technically their aunt by her mother's marriage, she considers Vermellia and Cressida to be her cousins, and they in kind. Vermellia is her best friend.
- She has a crush on Denki Kaminarimon from Konoha Village.
- After seeing Ai Aino drunk, she's been put off the idea of drinking and considers herself a "teetotaler for life."
- No one is quite sure how Livia aged herself up to 16, and apparently she also modified her DNA so she is genetically the child of Xadium and Paisley as opposed to Kaelyn, who is the child of Thrash and Paisley genetically thanks to the 400 baby machine.
- Xadium has observed she learns frighteningly quickly, and, like her sister, does not seem to shy away from experimenting on herself.
- She is learning the fundaments of Web Design from her father so she can start a "side hustle".
