After graduating KO University, Maeko soon became the Head Nurse of KO University Hospital due to her experience, knowledge, and amazing skill.
After a decade of working as Head Nurse, Maeko felt like her talents weren't being used to their fullest and quit.
Maeko spent many years as a member of the International Aide Corps where she would go to wartorn, disenfranchised countries and help and heal the needy and injured.

- Trauma Scan - Using her magical power, she can peer into a person's body, layer by layer if need be, to determine if there are any sicknesses, damages, or flaws that need healing.

Ryoko Atsumi
Ryoko is Maeko's long estranged cousin whom she hasn't seen since her childhood. They would often spend Summer vacations together at their Grandparent's home by the rural seaside. The last time Maeko had seen her was when she was seven years old.
