Origin
Penelope Grace was born in the South of the United States, her family being one of those old money types who still lived in the ancient plantation which had been passed down from generation to generation. Despite all this, Penelope grew up to a very personable young lady, warm and welcoming, open minded and happy to help others. While she was on the bigger side, she never saw it as an impediment, being very postive and proud of her appearance (she felt it made her even better at giving hugs).
One day, during a track and field day, Penelope (who had struggled to keep up with some of the other girls) finally found herself suddenly able to out pace them thanks to a sudden headwind. As she crossed the finish line, she suddenly found memories of her past life during the Silver Millenium awoken, transforming her into her Sailor Senshi form for a split second. Soon after, Penelope started her quest to meet the other sailor senshi, especally Sailor Saturn.
