Cafe Topsy Turvy

Cafe Topsy Turvy is a butler and maid cafe that is located in Akihabara, very close to Otome Road. The name comes from the fact that every day, the cafe alternates between a staff of butlers and a staff of maids.

It is run by a four-person partnership, which includes:

Yotsuba Suu: in charge of accounts payable/account receivable and purchasing. Currently attending CLAMP Gakuen University Division's Business School.

Amano Ichigo: in charge of food and beverage prep. She is a recent graduate of the prestigious culinary high school St. Marie Gakuen and trained for two years at their sister school in Paris. Apparently has an imaginary friend named Vanilla.

Misaki Shiki: the front of the house manager. Currently attends an arts school and is in their fashion design program. Her best friend since high school, a girl named Eri, was the designer of the butler and maid uniforms while Shiki sewed all of them.

Mizuno Seiya: the general manager. Graduate of Seika Gakuen. His family runs resort hotels in Hokkaido.

The maid staff wears dusty rose dresses with frilly white aprons, while the butlers wear charcoal gray suits with black ties.

Destruction

Hazel Ninegate's reaction to her sentence resulted in her unleashing a destructive firestorm that ravaged Akihabara, including the cafe. While no customers were injured (the cafe was closed at the time of the attack), two of the cafe's employees were killed and one was badly injured. The location itself received major damage and the partners are currently looking for a new location to regroup and rebuild.
