Oracle is a dark elf hailing from Gaia. She prefers to speak as little as possible and seems to be good friends with both Guyver and Zept.

Oracle, like many Drow, generally keeps to herself. She is rarely one to start a conversation and prefers to speak only when necessary. She has shown to have a liking for children, and being more open to those she knows. She also has quite a liking for fruits, passion fruit and mango in particular.

Background

A Dark Elf from the world of Gaia, she hasn't revealed much about herself. What is known so far is that she is responsible for placing the restraint marks which appear on Guyver when his dark side is unleashed, preventing him from succumbing to this corruption. She also bears the same marks, and it was revealed that Zept was the one who placed these marks on her after teaching them to her. Her own corruption is far worse than Guyver's, and is evident by her markings always being present. However, unlike Guyver she is always in complete control.

Abilities

As a Drow, she is naturally gifted in the magical arts, as well as in the use of martial weapons. While her use of a kukri strikes people as odd, her skill with the more common Drow throwing knives is anything but.

Future Sight

Oracle is able to see the future of people she has come into contact with. The more she knows them, the better her ability to see their future. There are some exceptions, however. When challenged by the Lich Simon Kerrick to see his future, she immediately responded that he had no future, confirming that she can not see the future of the dead. She can also look at one's future to determine another's, such as when Joanna Smithson had asked Oracle about her future, she 'cheated' by looking at Zept's future, someone she had come into contact very frequently to determine that they would be married.

Magic

Originally her use of magic was to see and heal. Her corruption, however, has also granted her ways to twist her healing magic into many hexes. With just a whisper, she can condemn her enemies to be poisoned, paralyzed, blinded, asleep, cursed, or terrified.

Evil Eye

A technique brought about from her corruption. Those who succumb to her Evil Eye are terrified and brought completely under her control. Upon gaining control, she can command them to flee, attack their own comrades, or even destroy themselves.

Bell of Curses

A small, ornate silver bell which makes a sharp sound that forces attention, or even fear. It is the medium Oracle uses to cast her various magical spells and bring her Evil Eyes to bear. It serves as a warning for weaker beasts, stopping them cold in their tracks and disorienting their very instincts. Any place that can accommodate an echo greatly magnifies it's effects.

Much like her corruption, she has shown full control over the bell, as when Solarchos's children have come to play with her and were drawn to the bell. At such times, it simply rings like any other bell.

Several of Oracle's spells are from the video game series "Etrian Odyssey".

Prior to her corruption, her eyes were originally silver.

Oracle is a name she has taken, and her original name is unknown.
