Z-KAT

Z-KAT is an international defense team formed to combat Seijin, Seijuh and Kaiju.

Overview

Z-KAT was created in 2011 as the successor to KAT after its destruction by the Guda-Tyrant attack. The overall team structure is very similar to that of KAT, including many of its rules and technologies. It is now disbanded in favor of KIT, a team set up under the guidance of the TGO (Terrestrial Guard Organization)

Taki Kensei

Age: 24
Team Position: Captain
Description: The captain of Z-KAT, Taki is a former member of KAT as well as Ultraman Mu. He is friendly with his officers but always in control.

Kiyone Maeda

Age: 22
Team Position: Deputy Captain
Description: No-nonsense and direct to the point, Kiyone more then willingly disciplines the rest of the team, yet is still looked up to by the younger members.

Masato Tobayashi

Age: 19
Team Position: Z-1
Description: From Osaka, friendly and sometimes over-confidant, Masato is a dead eye shot with a secret passion for cooking.

Hiroshi Mayota

Age: 19
Team Position: Z-2
Description: A bit of an introvert, Hiroshi has a love of mechanics and especially of vehicles. He is the one who takes care of Z-KAT's mechs.

Genji Sato

Age: 22
Team Position: Z-3
Description: Generally cheerful and quirky, Genji often acts as the team's unofficial cheerleader. He also is talented in spying and espionage.

Maki

Age: Inapplicable
Team Position: Z-4/Communications
Description: Designated android model M-KI, Maki performs basic duties at the base and is based off the DASH android Elly, being a more advanced model then her. However, she lacks emotions.

Kenshiro Tanaka

Age: 16 (physically)
Team Position: Z-5
Description: The youngest member of the team, Kenshiro is both energetic and at times naive. He is actually Ultraman Ajax.

Tech

Neo-Comm

An all around device used by all members of the Z-KAT team. It contains a communication device, a connection to a database on all past monster/seijin attacks on Earth, and a translation device to translate alien languages. Almost exactly the same as the ones used by KAT members.

Laser Gun

Gun given to all members. Has several settings including: laser beam, laser bullet, and the ability to add in specialized bullets for certain missions. Very similar to the ones used by KAT

Mecha

Z-KAT Headquarters

Located in the middle of Tokyo Bay, Z-KAT headquarters is a massive structure which houses not just Z-KAT but other branches of the Japanese USDF. It includes a built in submarine bay as well as hangers of vehicles. It can be reached via a tunnel from the mainland.

Z-KAT Zoomer

Refurbished Dodge Viper with plasma cannon on the roof as well as a hover mode for getting over rough terrain. Shell of car is bullet proof.

Z-KAT Wheeler

Motorcycle with built in missile launcher as well as hover mode similar to the zoomer. Also bullet proof shell.

Z-KAT Galaxy

Large flying vehicle that can split off into three different vehicles for battle. These include:

• Z-KAT Comet: Smallest of the vehicles. Has missile launchers and is the fastest of the three.

• Z-KAT Meteor: Largest of the three and the slowest. Has large plasma cannon as well as missiles.

• Z-KAT Asteroid: Long and thin shaped vehicle. Has laser blaster built into the nose cone as well as side guns.

Z-KAT Manta

Large submarine. Carries 4.
