Ultra Sailor Senshi
Ultra Sailor Senshi is the name given to the fourth form of a Sailor Senshi. It is often unlocked through intense training and/or high emotional states. The training level is generally on par with what is required to unlock a Super Saiyan 2 or Ultra Super Saiyan 2. By the 31st century, (in the timelines where the Crystal Millennium exists) senshi of this level and better are generally part of the Imperial Admiralty, and are referred to as Admiral [planet name]. They are generally in charge of entire planetary navies.
