The Radverse

Located outside the regular confines of the Earth-1337 A universe, The Radverse is a pocket universe where the culture and technology of the 80s persists. It is guarded by the former queens and kings of the Silver Millennium.

As of now, it's origins are unknown.

Nature

Similar in nature to E-Space, the Radverse is much smaller then the regular universe. As of the moment, it's exact dimensions are unknown, but it is theorized that it may be no bigger then a single planet or even a single country. This dimension seems to be continually "trapped" in the 80s, as the culture and technology are from that era.

The dimensional fields seem to have an unusual effect on those who visit from the regular universe, as it seems to re-shape them to fit the setting, in some cases causing minor rejuvenation to occur. In the case of Sailor Senshi, it will neutralize their senshi powers, as the individuals will be cut off from their planet sources unless they have become a living battery for such energies.

Access to this dimension apparently is only via specific vehicles.

Locations

Ginsen City

The largest city known in this universe, it seems to be an 80s version of Tokyo. The Royals of the Silver Millennium live in and guard this city.

Tomobiki Town

A residential area located directly west of Ginsen, Tomobiki seems to be a hot spot for alien activity in this dimension and weird happenings.

Bay City

Located to the south of Ginsen, Bay City seems to be similar to Los Angles. Most of the population in this city speak English.

New Kirk City

Located to the northeast, New Kirk City is very much like New York in the 80s.

Graviton City

North of Ginsen and dominated by a wrecked spaceship on top of a tower, Graviton is a high tech paradise where a pair of retired superheroes live.

Pineapple Island

A small tropical island located in the ocean, it has a fantastic beach.

Neo City

A walled off high tech city that reeks of 80s cyberpunk, it apparently was founded by a rogue version of Chat.

- The Queens of the Silver Millennium have become the de-facto protectors of this universe.

- Energies in The Radverse somehow create a Reverse-Entropy effect on occupants
