Background
A brilliant rising star in the Office of Space-Time Strategy, Clamhiditvulvenaxin was encouraged by Cardinal Norom to push her limits in all regards, given covert permission to engage in experiments to boost her strength, intelligence and creativity. Applying herself vigorously to the task, she succeeded in boosting her IQ to the point where she tipped over into self-reflective madness, and became more a creature of the id than of the intellect.
One day she chose to leave her desk, and instead of reporting to her assigned mission, she went off on her own to Planet Risa to "experiment" with the locals. After that, she gradually grew distant from the agency, but followed their orders in her unique way. It was decided she would be classed as a rogue agent for reasons of plausible deniability, and due to her unstable nature, very few OSS agents actually dare engage her without explicit permission.
Personality
Very driven by the id, she seeks out pleasure and new experiences, and does not hesitate to do whatever she feels like doing, regardless of consequences to others. She had developed a mental tic where she constantly inflects her speech so as to make it sound salacious, for no other reason than to unnerve the others around her. Not good, not evil, she simply "takes" life as she sees it.
