Renee is a woman in her late twenties, blonde hair and soft but piercing blue eyes. Her hair is wavy and mid-back length, and her slight stature makes her appear more like a teenager.
Renee appeared in The Hotel in May 2012, in response to an add placed by Cora, who was looking for a seamstress and housekeeper for her growing household. She seems to get along well with everyone, and is the oldest member of the household.
Personal and Family History
Renee was born in Southampton, England on November 8, 1983 to a young maid and her husband, a footman from another estate. As a child, her parents moved together to Tokyo, where Renee grew up bilingual and learning the cultures of both countries through the international school she attended there.

Renee was born in Southampton, England on November 8, 1983 to two young parents starting their life together and picking up the pieces following the first Wizarding War. Her mother was a bright witch (a Hufflepuff at Hogwarts) working at St. Mungo's as a nurse and her father, a Griffindor, tended to find himself away on travel as an auror. Her father had been in hiding for a good portion of time before her birth while he worked, making sure Voldemort's remaining and lurking followers could not find him. The birth of his daughter forced him to choose: raising and protecting his new family or traveling the world for business. He chose the former, returning home for several years to raise his daughter while working a desk job within his department. When Renee was 5, duty called again, and her father moved them to Tokyo to help there, allowing Renee to become bilingual and integrate Japanese culture into her daily life.
As a very young child, however, that Renee herself was not magical. Known as a "Squib" in magical society, Renee's lack of magical ability made her ineligible to attend any magical school, and thus any and all knowledge of the world comes from her parents, who were deeply saddened by her status. It was when she turned 10 (the year peter Pettigrew escaped; 12 when Volemort returned and the war began) that the world began turning upside down as the Second Wizarding War began. A large portion of her extended family and friends were killed during the second war, leaving only Renee and her parents surviving and a few of her classmates. Her high school years were difficult, trying to pick up the pieces after the war once again. Her small family were lucky to escape whole, though several aunts, uncles, cousins, and two of her grandparents were killed.
Following high school, a sense of normalcy finally returned to Renee's life, and she decided to settle herself into a life of mundane work, choosing not to work in the magical society in favor of learning more about the muggle life she was going to be living.
