The Red Light District was a metal band made up of former members of the Three Lights.

History
With the death of Seiya Kou/Sailor StarFighter, the fans of The Three Lights were devistated. There was an entire hour of mourning for the late lead singer of the now defunct band.
Ishi Kou decided to take this opportunity to take Seiya's spot in Kinokusei's main trio of Starlight Senshi, filling Sailor StarFighter's positon as leader as Sailor StarBaker. Along with this, she decided to form a new band out of the remains of the three lights, naming it Red Light District.
With the creation of this new band came the shocking and appalling realization of The Three Lights having been women all along! This caused outrage and dismay following Seiya's hour of mourning. Althought they lost some fans, the new album and music tour brought the possiblitly of regaining their former glory and a brand new audience along with it.
Members
Yaten Kou: Drugged-up former pretty boy turned into a gaunt shell of a woman. She plays the drums, far in the back so you can't get a good look of how terribly she appears. She wears her long, filthy gray hair loose, with a headband around her head. She wears a very loose, black tank top, black leather wrist straps, and baggy, shredded black trousers. She has black and gray nail polish, and her face is caked with a pale white sheen.
Taiki Kou: Well educated, sophisticated woman with a rugged, sinister side. She plays the bass, off to the side, so you can get a good look at her. Her bangs are now visible, skewed to one side. She has two long strands of hair framing either side of her face, while the rest of her hair is held in a large loop at the base of her neck. She wears a torn crimson turtleneck, a large fashionable belt, and shiny skin-tight black latex pants. Over her eyes she wears large, exceptionally gaudy glasses.
Ishi Kou: Former slave-wage who worked at Tokyo Disneyland, now turned lead singer. She stands in the center of the group, clad in an elaborate series of long coats, frilly undershirts, and lots of heavy make up. Her long, light brown hair is held up high a top her head in a ponytail that ends in spikes. Her bangs are combed and fluffed over one side. Her lips, eyebrows, and ears are heavily pierced.
Thorn: Former Hex-Girl member, Thorn is the guitarist of the band, off to the other side of the stage. Clad in a red and black gothic lolita outfit, her black hair has been cut just beneath her shoulders, its red tint still visible in the light. She has blood red lips, dark red and black eyeshadow, and a very wicked smile.
