Osaka Naru

Usagi's former, now neglected, best friend and "Sailor Supahvolt." She became a senshi after being hit by a starseed extractor, which partially dislodged her starseed. Whenever she hits her head, it comes out just enough to transform her into a Duracell-battery themed Sailor Senshi who can unleash devastating electrical attacks. She can use her power to quickly "power up" someone else, as well.
