Richard Rogers is a biker and florist, currently employed at Floral Heaven.
A Brief History
Came over as a Ph.D. student in Japanese literature in the 90s and never left. Rode his bike all over Asia; Japan, China, and both Koreas. Don't ask him about borders, he'll just say it wasn't a problem.
His wife (She asked HIM to marry HER) decided she was tired of him bumming around Asia working on his "Influences and Influencing of Japanese Literature" monograph. So he's turning a successful hobby in Ikebana into a profession at Floral Heaven, and visiting the National Library on his days off. Spending his evenings either at Jin's Bar (a nameless place by the harbor for bosozoku who have grown old, but not up) or now The Hotel.
He is still madly in love with his wife, wouldn't think of cheating. She worries. They haven't managed children yet.
