Riley Gyre is the third child of the Gyre family, out of Celeste by Yaijinden. There's not a whole lot to say about them yet, as they're pretty much still in the pupal Human stage of growth and are mastering things like boundaries, identity, running and climbing, counting, and making stories up about the very strange world around them. They seem particularly attached to storytime at the local library!
Yaijinden has attested that Riley's addition to the family was unexpected, but the kiddo has been welcomed into their midst. There's no telling what strangeness might attend their growing-up, and the future is yet unwritten in such things.
