Dust

A potent metaphysical substance capable of giving ordinary humans metahuman strength and endurance, as well as special powers. The raw materials seem to have been harvested from Earth 1337-DiC, though it is likely the raw materials exist in Earth 1337-A and B as well.

The exact composition of Dustwas secret for a long time, but its secret was discovered after the acqusition of the former Dark Kingdom base by The Black Covenant. It is actually the gound-up-remains of Sailor Crystals.

Humans and Senshi can "snort" the Dust to temporarily power themselves up or boost their existing powers, and they can forge ammunition for conventional weapons with it, to create things like lightning guns.

The Society of the Golden Crescent has also used Dust to forcibly mutate people into half-completed Sailor Senshi called "Shambles."
