Amphere

Amphere was an illegal drug which came onto the market in 2012 and quickly became popular for its unusual effects. Used in both the magical and muggle worlds, police of either group had very little luck combating it until 2013 when a Ministry of Magic police officer and two members of the AMRS were accidentally transported by portkey to an Amphere production facility.
While captured and interrogated there, they also discovered that the drug was made from Vampire blood. Joining forces, the three captured wizards and the Vampires were able to plan and carry out an escape. Once they were able to contact ministry officials, they took over investigations and the Amphere ring was shut down within months.
