The Night Tokyo Vanished
On January 6th, 2014, facing enemies from all sides, due to the return of Aoi Satan and Ashagar, denizens of The Hotel and Blachaus chose to create a truce and working together transported the entirety of Tokyo into the netherworld using Soul Society's Tenkai Kecchu technology to prevent the citizens from getting hurt more than they already had been-- Blachaus' involvement was due more to the fact they didn't want to see the city they wanted to rob blind be destroyed.
A Hard-Light Hologram representation of Tokyo has been erected in the space to make everything look normal from space. BlacHaus has moved in numbers of people equal to the population of Tokyo from North Korea to avoid tipping the enemy off that anything has changed.
UNIT and Torchwood have the city cordoned off with a massive military blockade, blaming it on Kaiju activity, leveraging BlacHaus' cover from the prior incidents. Ironically, Ashagar made that story easy to swallow.
As a result of the aggression Intern has walked back on her stance of hobbling HOTEL defense, re-engaging the self-repair, architectural reconfiguration and monitoring systems.
Operation: Stormbringer
The entire scenario was a multilevel trap for Ashagar set by Intern, who, on January 7th, populated it with North Koreans borrowed from The Black Covenant and lightly harried with Daimons so that their fear would attract Ashagar. She also actually beamed the transposed city up to The Magical Space Bus without telling anyone, so that she could remove any food / fuel sources (such as combatants) form the field via transporter at will, leaving only Valeria Victrix to fight him-- which she did, narrowly defeating him almost at the cost of her own life. Intern had a third fallback as well- she had emptied out the Netherworld-stored Tokyo, beaming the people to another area of the massive space-hulk so that if the Tenkai Kecchu pillars were breached,the returned city would still be devoid of life and thus safe to fight in.
After a pitched battle, the force of Aoi Satan were defeated, and Ashagar mortally wounded. The city would be returned the following day. The damage to the city and the people killed by both forcee over the prior three days were restored thanks to a wish on the Dragonballs.
