Worst Dub Wrestling
Contents
Background
Worst Dub Wrestling was the brainchild of Latinum Lobo. He submitted his idea to his then-boss Minako, who promptly did nothing with it.
When Lead Crow took over as President of Ginga TV, the idea was still long buried in the desk, so Latinum went to outside sources for help.
Tuxedo Rainbow and Sailor Terra were given a copy of the idea, and bought into at as equal partners. With an old theater as a studio, they quickly renovated it in time for their first card.
Latinum now has his dream job as commentator, and would be the voice of the new federation
Wrestlers
Tux and Terra wasted little time in signing what they thought was the worst dubbed characters. From DBZ to Digimon to Pokemon, no one was spared. Men and women joined.
Cards are run on a weekly basis, using TNM7 as the engine. Interferances are common and walk-outs do happen. Trust me.
Titles
So far, five titles have been made, although champions have yet to be decided.
1) Worst Dub Title
The owner of this title is the worst of the worst. This title will be defended once a month.
2) Lightly Dubbed Title
This title is the one that everyone wants. This title will be defended every week.
3) Tag Title
Similar to the first title, but for tag teams. This title is also defended every month.
4) Lightly Dubbed Tag Title
Similar to #2 above, but for tag teams. This title is defended every week.
5) Womens Title
Ladies only title. Worst woman, basically. Defended every month.
6) Extreme Dub Title
Recently purchased after ECW's fold. This is a hardcore title. Anything goes. This title is usually defended every month.
TV Contract
Ginga TV has a current contract with Worst Dub Wrestling, however, they have given it a graveyard slot (i.e., one in which they expect it to die in). With an average 1 rating, do not expect the show to move any time soon.
The CiCi Era
When CiCi violently took over, Latinum thought his dream was over. CiCi gave him 4 weeks to produce a 2 star card. Fortunately, during the 2nd week, there was a 3 star match. CiCi had a change of heart, and Latinum was saved. CiCi is more or less like Vicki of the WWE.
6 sides or 4?
A recent deal with Eric Bischoff of TNA has given the WDW the famous 6 sided ring once used by this organization. The price was slightly higher than Tux wanted, but he bought it. TuxRainbow has decided to try this ring soon. It is unsure if this ring will change ratings.
The End and the Beginning
With Tux's recent ban from both the chat and the boards, Tux has moved to a more private board to continue the WDW without interference. The new board will not be posted here, but it is assumed that it can be found.
