The Retcannon

An orbital Cannon containing enough Retcon to dose the entire planet twice. Torchwood and UNIT maintain and operate the device and have the security codes for its use. Its most notable application was its use to cover up public knowledge of the "Stolen Earth" incident in 2010 when the Daleks moved the Earth halfway across the universe to their Crucible Facility and invaded it.
