The Omniverse Incident

Pre-Reboot

Traumatized by the death of her mother and daughter at the hands of her version of Simon, The Renegade Actuary killed off her version of the daleks in an effort to "fix" her universe before jumping into Earth-1337-A, hoping to kill their version of Simon as well as eliminate the daleks from the face of that reality. After quite a long time and numerous planning, she succeed in destroying the necromancer before triggering her ultimate plan. She began by exacerbating a new Time War with the help of followers, resulting in vast damage to the time-space continuum. She followed this up by hijacking a version of the Reality Drill constructed by The Facilitator on behalf of the time lords, destroying Gallifrey in the process as it's energies were used to collapse the entirety of the universe to gain entrance to The World Tree. There, she hoped to edit it so as to eliminate all traces of her enemies from the omniverse. However, she did not count on the abilities of those from Earth-1337-A and after a long battle, they were able not only to destroy her but also disrupt her plans, causing a collapse of the omniverse in the process and a rebirth, eliminating her influence.

Post-Reboot

Becoming aware of a new threat to the world and universial safety, the heroes of The Hotel found themselves face to face with a being calling herself The Actuary. While the Time Lords tried to defeat her themselves (with major help from the CIA), they found themselves unable to properly corral the damage, though were at the very least able to keep themselves safe. After the loss of Simon during battle, the Hotel was able to corner The False Actuary at the very heart of creation and defeat her without further loss of life and only minor damages.
