Stephanopolis Publishing is a Greek publishing company owned and operated by the Stephanopolis family, of which Andreas Stephanopolis is a member. This is the company that prints Kore's works.

The company focuses on international writers and readers, curating both select fiction and non-fiction from carefully vetted writers who they work with on a regular basis. They print a variety of novels, collections, and texts, or whatever else they think is a worthy work. The company generally turns a modest profit each year, as the family values interesting work of quality, treating their writers and employees well, and are not overly focused on raking in money.
