Slow Time
Slow Time is a temporal event where excess chronal particles cause time to streach (months become like years; years like decades). Individuals within a slow time do not age and will not notice any diffrence unless they are temporal sensitives. Slow Time bubbles can in rare times evolve into full time loops.
Earth 1337-A
In 1970, a Slow Time bubble developed around the Earth. From 1971 to 1975, the planet was affected by this effect, until the bubble was dissipated by the Time Lords in 1976.
