I can't handle doing FIVE VERSIONS of this episode, may the fans have mercy on my soul...
Side Note This episode is a continuation of the Devil's Game Three-parter. This is part 2 of 3.

One thing to not about this episode is, Not only is there an Uncut/DVD version and an English TV version, but there's also a JAPANESE TV Version of this episode, apparently the original cut of this episode was too long for broadcast so things had to be cut and trimmed, even in Japan, the DVD dub of the episode for the first batch initially dubbed from this TV cut version, when the 27 minute long cut came about, the episode had to be redone in english, but luckily not the English TV version so at the least we were spared a SIXTH version of the episode. Never mind, there IS a sixth version of the episode, it just so happens that it's combined with the previous and next episodes to form a full movie.

MotDs are The Devil Soldiers, Jim, Carol and Batorice, who are renamed to Rino, Tracy and Stephanie, references to voice actors from the original DiC dub. the team name is also changed to the "Neo Doom N' Gloom Team", which is again, another reference, there is another MotD in Cochran in the second half of this episode.

Cyber Warrior Lurga is name changed to Sailor Digi-Moon... somewhere in Japan, a potential collaboration between Naoko Takeuchi and Akiyoshi Hongo is either being penned or burned from this one.

Tokyo Fighter is renamed to Tuxedo EightBits... oh I get it, ha ha ha, quarter bit, half bit, 1 bit, 2 bit, 4 bit, 8 bits, 16 bits, 32 bits, -ixty four bits, 128 bits, 256 BITS, FAAAV HANDRID AND TWILVE BITS, and so on an so forth as the AVGN meme goes, no one mentions The wrist game or "BEWEEP, BEWEEP, BEWEEP".

Side Note The narrator recaps what happened "Previously on Sailor Moon", if you've seen the next episode's comparison, you can pretty much tell what happens here.
Cut (17 seconds) Scenes of Daniel getting shot and falling are cut out and it is implied that he was teleported straight to the Negaverse, also scenes of the New Scout gang checking up on him are trimmed, it is implied through dialogue that losing in this game would teleport you to the Negaverse
Scene Alteration Certain scenes are zoomed in and lowered so that we only see the top two thirds for one reason... Daniel is in the shot and these ones are actually integral to the story, this would break the story that he got zapped into the Negaverse, so I guess they shouldn'thave said that if these were to be unedited.
Side Note In the original draft, Katerina was supposed to be shot and Daniel was supposed to push Pinako into the exit of the maze, thus making her and Narun winners of the first floor, in the actual episode, the roles are swapped.
Side Note On the topic of Katerina's sacrifice, she doesn't know what fate awaits her and Daniel (as he is still unconscious before the eyecatcher) and says to Pinako "Farewell", as though she thought she and Daniel were going to die, This isn't Episode 45... but the TV dub sure does treat it like episode 40 by having Katrina basically state "Good luck, We'll find a way out of the Negaverse! =D" to be fair to the dub though, it fits a lot closer to how their fate after this game actually played out, and unlike her predecessor in the dub, she actually did something.
Side Note both the Uncut and TV versions (either Japanese or English) start their transformation music and keep it going until Pinako is in the Battle Box, while the English TV dub starts theirs a few seconds earlier, all versions keep looping the music for as long as they can until Pinako and Cochran are face to face.
Cut (3 minutes, Japanese TV Version) A whole entire third round was cut from the TV broadcast in japan, as a result, the scriptwriter had to quickly cobble up a rule of the second match being "Worth Two Points", well, this is where the TV English dub shined because they skipped the second match and made the first one longer by combining these matches.
S.D.A. "Can Pinako Defeat her worst Enemy, Val The Tsar? or will the Emerald Cards wipe her and the Sailor Scouts out? Dinf out on the next Sailor Moon Tokyo Side Stories" - Narrator

And this is accompanied by a still screen, thankfully this is removed in the movie version and that simply got a transition.

Side Note The ending scenes of Daniel and Katerina meeting Barry again is overlaid with credits in the Japanese TV Version... and thus had to be cut in the dub, why isn't this marked as a cut? because the TV versions of the episode technically end at Pinako looking back at Val in shock that he would subject his own brother to the punishment, when DHX decided to release the Doom Gauntlet episodes as a movie, they did add back in the Daniel, Katrina and Barry scene for some context (as that scene finally has a non-text version by then) and thus bridged this episode and the next one together.
