Serena Tsukino
A version of Tsukino Usagi from Earth 1337-DiC who, along with some others ended up in America of Earth 1337. Seemingly a perpetual teen, she is a ditsy American exchange student who wields the power of the Silver Crystal (not the Ginzuishou but more or less as powerful) and she constantly has the eye of Chiba Mamoru.
