Quantum Mnemonics

Quantum Mnemonics is a form of pure mathematics which have often been described as "Block Transfer Computation but far more dangerous." QM also serves as the language of the Great Old Ones, the words of the universe that existed before this one.

It is said that a single line of these equations can freely shape or destroy entire universes at will. So dangerous is this form of maths that the Time Lords of Gallifrey buried almost all knowledge of it within the deepest corners of the Matrix.
