Megume is the second child of Haruka and Michiru Ten'ou. At some point at an unspecific moment in the future, having decided after a night's drinking to do a "do-over" when it came to children, Haruka persuaded Michiru to be impregnanted via the "Kaguya Method" (a variation based off 400 babies technology), though according to Megume, it may have been Michiru's idea. This was later discovered to be a cover story, as in fact, Haruka was the one who carried the twins to term after accidentally ingenting the Kaguya Forumla, thinking it was a beer.

- Due to a genetic quark, Megume is immune to the damaging effects of Alchoal. A side effect of this is she can never really get drunk.
