Ice Warrior

Ice Warriors or also known as Martian Saurians or merely Martians is a humanoid lifeform which evolved on the planet Mars. Once one of the dominate societies on the red planet, they now consist mainly of refugees or those hidden in secret.

Forgotten Footnotes

The ancestors of what would be called the Ice Warriors were born out of a slightly smaller and slighter species of reptilian life form known as Galadorians. These individuals mainly resided towards the northern part of the planet, living in somewhat peaceful circumstances, though resulting in a somewhat stagnated civilization. They remained the dominate humanoid species until the arrival of Selenite colonists, who immediately began to alter the surface of the planet to their needs. While the Selenite Martians did not directly interact with the Galadorians (unlike the barsoomians), the reptilians were further confined to their territories. This went on for centeries, the galadorians sustaining themselves but no longer in control as they once had been. This would change dramatically when the Silence hit the worlds of the silver millennium, destroying the Selenite Martians and their civilization completely.
