Celestia
Celestia is the world of the angels (roughly called Celestians to differentiate themselves from other species of angels).
It's a world where virtuous humans (and sometimes demons) ascend to after death, notably a very peaceful realm where nearly everyone gets along and conflict is nearly unheard of.
If such a statement made you vomit in your mouth a bit, don't worry--you're far from alone here.

Access
Getting to Celestia is much, MUCH tougher compared to going to The Netherworld or Human World. Due to prior incidents, one of the former Seraphs erected a gigantic gate that acts as a passageway in and out of Celestia. Only Celestians, or those with certain access privileges, have the ability to open or close the gate. Everyone else is SOL.
For those with virtuous spirits that die, often times their souls will ascend to here and be reborn as a Celestian.
However, it is said there is a exam that one can take to become a full-fledged Celestian.
Topography and Atmosphere
Celestia is largely composed of many floating land-masses floating within or high above plenty of clouds. The place feels.... well, no pun intended, heavenly and relaxing, something akin to a getaway resort, though without all the massive price gouging and advertising. There's a gentle breeze, plenty of greenery and flowers, waterfalls.... About the biggest hazard here is watching your step.
The main type of flower that only grows in Celestia is the Yuie Flower, which require Celestial power to actively flourish. They appear to resemble white lilies.
Places of Interest
There's said to be a massive Celestial flower garden attended to by the Seraph of Celestia.
The Seraphic Sanctuary is also a featured locale, but access is only permitted to a certain few, usually high-ranking Celestians and Archangels. Those whom try to force their way in will find themselves impeded by a powerful force field designed to repel any and all kinds of attacks.
Inhabitants
Unlike the Netherworld, which has so many different classifications of demons that your head would spin (and more classifications are being discovered as time goes on), Celestia is much more uniform.
There are Male and Female Celestians, and Holy Dragons. The Holy Dragons need special note, as they are actually a species of demon. However, their extended time among the Celestial population has given them access to Celestial power, alongside being the only demon species allowed into Celestia without needing to become an actual Celestian, or requiring another Celestian to open the gate.
Prinnies are also found in Celestia, though it's noted they're rarely, if ever, seen. They work off their debt by doing good deeds and acting as servants. Basically rebalanceing their Karma instead of paying debt. (It should be noted that despite their Demonic appearance, Prinnies aren't demons, but more akin to a golem powered by a human soul.)
While some demon classes usually prefer one or two types of weaponry, Celestians keep themselves rather well-rounded, able to pick up and use most kinds of weapons, alongside having access to different brands of magic.
People of Interest
Seraph Lamington: The current reigning Seraph, he's lived for well over 9000 years. The plan to get Celestia and the Netherworld to re-open their doors was largely his doing, although he did have assistance from a Netherworld friend. Even in situations where his very life is at stake, he keeps a cool and composed air around himself, never raising his voice.
Archangel Vulcanus: Lamington's second in command, if you were to take one look at him and say "villain in plain sight", then you're not alone in that sentiment. Vulcanus was perhaps many of Celestia's flaws wrapped into one mustached package. He was of the belief that demons were only capable of evil acts, and that humanity was essentially too dumb to live without constant guidance (read: spoon-feeding) from the angels. However, his plot to overthrow Lamington was stymied--- hell, Lamington basically said he was aware of Vulcanus' plot--- and as punishment, he was transformed into a flower for his misdeeds. It's said that later on he somehow gained the body of an Alraune, a kind of flower-spirit (which tend to look very girly, even if they're male).
Archangel Virunga: Lamington's new second in command, he's as handsome as Vulcanus wasn't. Thankfully, he's much more loyal to Lamington, and very willing to step into the Netherworld himself to rescue those in need. While not hostile, he hasn't taken Lamington's teachings to heart and is sometimes unable to understand love on a deeper level.
Flonne: An angel trainee sent to the Netherworld to assassinate King Krichevskoy. However, this was a ruse, as she was really sent to help bridge relations between the two realms. Though a Fallen Angel now, she still has access to her Celestial powers, and is able to essentially switch between being a demon or angel, depending on the situation. There are rumors she is being secretly groomed to be the next Archangel.
Artina: A former war-nurse, her selfless actions during a war between neighboring countries earned her the right to become a Celestial. Ironically, when sent to Hades to collect money owed to Celestia, she used methods infamous enough to earn her the less than flattering title of "The Angel of Avarice". She used the alias of "Vulcanus" for a short time until she was outed by Flonne.
Sicily: Perhaps one of the more unusual ex-residents, it turns out that she shares blood with Overlord Laharl, being his younger sister. Thus, she's known by several celestials as the Demon-Angel. It turns out that when Laharl was ill with an unknown disease that even King Krichevskoy was unable to cure, his mother was pregnant with Sicily at the time. When his mother gave up her life to break the illness, her sacrifice was more than enough to give her admittance into Celestia, but she instead passed on the opportunity to ensure Sicily would live, turning her from a half-human demon into the demon-angel hybrid.
Otherworldly Relations
Celestia used to have an open-door policy of sorts with the Human World and the Netherworld. However, due to an as of yet unsolved incident, Celestia erected its massive gate, and walled itself off from relations with the other worlds. The Celestians grew rather cold-hearted towards their neighbors, with Vulcanus above being the embodiment of those traits.
After Lamington's plan was completed, Celestians began to explore the Netherworld and Human World, gaining a better understanding of their neighbors.
It's said that there are actually many other Celestias as well, each ruled by differing figures.
