Atelier Potamos
Atelier Potamos is the fashion brand founded by Hiromi Kawanami Dinsdale, which is headquarted in the Sunshine Tower owned by Aino Minako.
History
After destroying millions of yen worth of Ginga TV equipment and going into hiding, Hiromi was confronted by Minako after her rescue from Heavenly Host Elementary School with the bill for the damages, something she accepted full responsibility for. With that, Hiromi resigned from her "talento" role at Ginga TV, and told Minako of her plans to become a fashion designer and merchandiser, with Minako strongly implying that she open her business in her company's Sunshine Tower. With that, Atelier Potamos was born in the summer of 2017.
Company Profile
Atelier Potamos designs and produces women's formalwear, as well as their "OL Comfort" line of business attire. Hiromi's philosophy is "work in comfort," which extends to a company policy to only use factories that pay livable wages and offer benefits like education assistance and physical and mental health plans to their workers. Except for the formalwear, all of Atelier Potamos's clothing is easy to wash and care for.
The signature piece of Atelier Potamos's OL Comfort line is the "Bikkuri Blazer," which is a conservative solid color on the outside but features a bright, colorful lining on the interior. Patterns include gems and jewelry, leopard print, huge flowers, and pastries. Hiromi is hoping to work on licensing deals to get anime character patterns on the inside of jackets as well.
