Nonary Game II

On November 28th, 2011, incensed by Arx Sylvanran's decision to imprison Doctor X in a Pandorica Minor for allegedly aiding and abetting Hazel Ninegate's activities, Hazel hastily started a second Nonary game, kidnapping:

Harriet Weinberg, Jack Dinsdale, Tomoe Hotaru, Tsukino Chibiusa, Hino Rei, Sakura Xadium Aino, Momoko Momohara, Kujou Subaru, and Paisley Pythia Peinforte.

Ozu Reiko swapped herself for Paisley, Dimitri swapped himself for Subaru, and Rhia swapped herself for Harriet, leaving the lineup at

Rhia, Jack Dinsdale, Tomoe Hotaru, Tsukino Chibiusa, Hino Rei, Sakura Xadium Aino, Momoko Momohara, Dimitri, and Ozu Reiko.

After arguing with Arx Sylvanran and accepting that a game must have stakes to be worth anything as a test, Hazel set up three rounds, each with a different threat, and a different prize.

ROUND ONE: WEIGHTY MATTERS

After Eitak Razal tried to be clever and select a pacifist as the main weapon, Hazel selected a 400 pound overweight pacifist suspended by chains 400 feet up as the threat. Jack Dinsdale was scheduled to be crushed by it, but Dimitri made a successful saving throw and saved them both, earning one free trip to any point in time and space, provided that this trip did not affect the outcome of the nonary game in any way. Etna managed to trick Hazel into swapping Hotaru with a Prinny, who played out the remainder of the game in her place.

ROUND TWO: BIRDBRAIN

Hazel used a Prinny pinned into place so it's beak would be a horrifying stabby weapon, and threatened the participants with it. Again, Dinsdale was to fall under the knife, but Dimitri sacrificed himself for Jack--- or so it seemed. By turning intoa swarm of locusts, Dimitri sacrificed only a tiny portion of himself, and survived, earning the team another casualty free round and winning the team access to Hazel's Space Hulk.

ROUND THREE: CRISPY FRIED DAEMON

Incensed at her losses, and tired of trading barbs with Etna, Hazel summarily shoots Dinsdale in the head. When Dimitri bites him to turn him and thus save him, Hazel sets a demon on fire and threatens to burn the loser with it. Hino Rei drew the short straw, and rather than accept a sacrifice from Rhia, she transformed into Sailor Mars and tried to best the fire. But it was too much, and crippled her fatally.

Before Rei died, the group rushed Hazel, who had carelessly allowed herself to manifest on the playing ground in her anger, and neglected to remove anyone's power prior to starting the game. This caused her to send them back to the Hotel, where thanks to Yumiko's efforts and the re-jupstarting of Chibiusa's libido, Rei was bukkaked back to life with Silver Crystal Energy and Jack Dinsdale fully healed.

Having failed to make any proper kills, Hazel ceded the last prize, a set of control schematics to IGNIS, which Arx Sylvanran took for safekeeping.
