Miss Cheri-Blossom is a tall, slender woman in a grey skirt, blood-red shirt and deathly white suit jacket. Her golden eyes glow brightly behind her severe red-rimmed glasses, and she wears her light pink hair up. She moves silently, and emanates an aura of disturbing calm.
She was eventually revealed to be Sakura April with her power sealed to remove her homicidal tendencies. Eventually the limitation was unable to contain Sakura April's true nature and she reverted to type.
