The Renegade Actuary is the person behind many of the shenanigans that have been going on in 2016 CE, and is likely to be responsible for much more. The long story short: this Actuary, from Earth 1337-YDX, lost her daughter to that reality's Simon Kerrick. She hates him, and she really, really hates Daleks -- enough to deploy galaxy-scourging weapons against both of them.
She has some sort of intent to change the fundamental rules of the cosmos, but what that design is, and how she plans to execute it, is, as of June 22, a mystery.
On July 2, after managing to pull several traces, her base of operations was found, and her drill was destroyed in a powerful explosion. However, while several bits of her biological traces were found, a body was not among them. Believing that she's still out there somewhere, preparations are underway to seek her out and terminate her and her ambitions once and for all.
She has been destroyed as of July 10, 2016.
