A "What If" from a Timeline where Doctor Xadium and his wife Paisley Pythia Peinforte rescued her, Sakura Amamiya was a (mostly) human in the Amamiya clan of Japan. Having Time Lord blood in her from ages back, she possessed the ability to affect time in dramatic ways, including being able to break fixed points in time with her ancestral blade, "Amamiya Kunisada". Xadium took her in to train her in the ways of the Time Lords to cap her incredible power, as Time Lords in that universe still retained their almost god-like abilities to affect Time and Space.
As a product of a conservative Japanese family, a stuffy Time Lord indoctrination and a posh English familial setting, she is quite reserved and easily scandalized, even if she pretends to be "hip" and "with it."
