Rain Family Line
The following is information generated for Matsuo Shin in regards to the Rain-Aster Conflict. It is a stub in progress. Yeah buddy.

The Rain family line goes back to the 1300s. One of the first named bishops of the Anglican church was a member of the Rain family and had a strong influence in King Henry VIII's rule. When Queen Mary took the throne the family was almost executed for their crimes of following the Protestant Faith. Bishop Rain was found by Inquisitor Henry Aster and was sentenced to be executed by beheading. On the morning of his execution, Bishop Rain had vanished and was not to be seen again with any explanation. The Rain family had been ruled guilty and a bounty was set upon their heads. A few of them could not get away but enough of them fled and found sanctuary elsewhere.
Matsuo's Notes: the disappearance is something that should be explored. I do not think this was accidental or a coincidence. It may be vital to discover what happened to him
In 1588, the Spanish Armada had intended to invade England for the Catholic Church. It was discovered that The Aster Family of Ireland had attempted to warn The Spanish Crown and the commanders to hold off on their invasion until just the right date. This notice was intercepted and discovered by Lord Rain who served under the Duke of Suffolk. Under the Order of Queen Elizabeth I, the Aster family was condemned to death for being an Enemy of the Country. Lord Rain was designated the head of this hunt and it would not be ruled completed until every Aster was ruled dead.
The massacres of the 1590s were spread across England, Ireland and Scotland. It had been rumored that William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet was based on a what-if surrounding the feuding families and believed to be a call to end their quarrel for it will only end in death for all.
In the 1650s one member of the Aster family came to the Rain household, deep in a trance. Dana Aster spoke to the member of the Rain family, willing to offer her life with the one condition that they cease hunting the entire Aster family but only the Aster seers, who were guilty of their crimes. At first the Rain family swore off this proposition but came around to it. Every other generation of the Rain family line will have one family member sworn to end the Aster seer when she appears. Usually something will occur that will so enrage that person that it will result in death.
Matsuo's Notes: the fact that she was in a trance suggests maybe some other power controlling her at the time. Perhaps this is something to look into
Recorded executions of the Aster family:
Dana Aster- 1657 Executed by John Rain under the order of Queen Elizabeth I
Diana Aster - 1723 Poisoned by Mary Ann Rain when it was discovered that she was cheating on her husband
Selene Aster – [year unknown] burned in a fire believed to be started by someone smoking outside her home.
Matsuo's Notes: most likely by a rain. I am not certain if it is important but any clue could be useful at this point
Elizabeth Aster – [year unknown] Pushed over the side of a ship when in an argument with James Rain, was seen eaten by a shark.
Claudia Aster – 1912 – on the Titanic, physically forced out of her lifeboat seat by Johnathan Remieux and his pregnant wife Anna Rain-Remieux and pushed overboard by accident. Froze and drowned horribly.
Victoria Aster – Murdered by Elizabeth Rain in 2005. Unknown circumstances, found hanging from the second floor balcony while disemboweled.
Matsuo's Notes: this is a very important death I feel. The murderer may be a key for our issues
Matsuo's Notes: I doubt the ones listed as accident are in fact truly such. It may be that said individuals are being guided by an unknown power, maybe for some unknown ends. What that may be I am not sure but if it is the truth, then these family have been tools for many years and it may be to our advantage to free them from it
